Al Barsha Heights is a lively community, located right next to the Sheikh Zayed Road, close to Dubai Marina, Media City, JLT, Palm Jumeirah and offers easy access to the rest of the city. It consists mainly of high rise buildings – office and residential. You can find plenty of groceries, restaurants and shops right in the neighborhood. Public transportation is available in walking distance. The Dubai Downtown is just around 15 min. drive.
